Ari sat in the middle of the Valley of New Beginnings she had so long ago requested to join a Dark wolf`s pack.She was older now, and wiser.
As she sat in the Valley, she opened her maw to the heavens.
Any Dark wolves wishing for a pack, come to me.
And she waited.

(Crappy post, I know, hey, why don`t you make a board for dead wolves to talk and watch over the packs.Like Heaven.It`d be cool when Ari dies.)

Sango awoke in a panic.Where was she?Why did Larka attack her?Was she sick?

As she struggled, she gradually realized she was paralyzed.A foreign substance bit and burned her tongue.From the scent...poisinous mushrooms, toadstool.(no idea if its poisinous, don`t follow it up)

Out of the darkness stepped Larka.

Larka
Larka glared bitterly at the face she so long ago belived to be dead.She could have contacted Larka in some way, they could have journeyed together, instead of having lonliness and guilt burn and eat at Larka`s heart.

Instead of showing her horrible weakness at seeing that face, Larka adopted a sickly grin.

So, dear sister.You`re awake.Don`t bother trying to move, you`re powerless.And your rescuers have no idea where you are.

Larka flashed back on the memory of the fae and raven n Death Valley.Her grin grew.

We`re all alone dearie.Don`t struggle, or the poisin will consume you faster.Not that I`m complaining.

As she watched Sango struggle on the hard cave floor, she suddenly remembered Syerra.And Nightblood.They`d be wondering where she was.

Goodbye sister.

She snarled angrily, turning her back on Sango.

Sango
All Sango could remember was Larka`s bitter angry face.

She blames me.Sango realized.She blames me for what happened on the tundra.

The revealation sucked the air out of the cave.Now all Sango could think of was Domino, and wondered dully how he`d do as a Healer without a teacher.For toadstool killed.

At Larka's words of not being alone, a dark laughter split the air. It was cold, angry, and terrifyingly strong. Imediatly all the birds near by took flight, fearing for there lives. Creatures everywhere raced in the other direction. None of them wanted to see the demon.

"Foolish girl." The voice laughed from the shadows, the voice was just as terrible as the laugh. "A wolf is never truly alone. Always watched, always followed. From the day I got wind of you, you and your terrible anger I knew I must be the one to watch you." A large mass shifted in the darkness, disapearing in a instance.

She is such a foolish girl, master. From up in the sky a bird flew circles around Larka and Sango. His fur was a dark brown very dark for a hawk. His eyes were a deep black, his beak a fiery yellow. I do not understand why you do not just let her kill the foolish healer and be done with it. Good ridence to her, good ridence to them, filth and scum.

"Hush Hawkdemon." The voice said again. "We can not let this poor little pup kill one of her own family..... Without fare warning at least, to what she will recieve in turn." The voice laughed again, letting it echo through the trees like a large mass.

Out from the darkness he stepped, like the darkness he was. His fur was a dark black, and seemed to suck all light from around him. His eyes were a gray, like to pools of hate and fear. He was taller then any wolf you would probably ever see, and had a look to match. Among his fur, blazing like a fire, was a deep blood red stains. Deep within his eyes the same blood red burned like fire in his eyes. Along his front leg, glowing in the darkness of the fur, was a long, thick scar. He lived up to his name the prey he feasted upon gave him. The Demon of the Forest

"Take a good look, girly." He said in a deadly voice, striding toward the two. "This is what you will become if you kill that foolish healer." The red in his eyes flashed, and the red in his fur burned with sudden furry. "The Curse of the Red Blood. The red upon your fur and in your eyes will always show what you have done. I myself killed my father and mother out of pure furry, and in that lost my brother to the darkness." He gave Larka a look, then turned to Sango. "And don't get so worried that no one will find you. That Sita, Redbeak and Domino will be on you in momments." He glanced over at Larka. Then turned to walk away.

"I have no positon to tell you what to do. But as a alpha of the Schelzer I do have the right to say that if you survive this with your life and your sanity you are welcome into my pack. I would perfer it without the mark of red upon you." With that he turned and formed once again with the darkness, dissapearing like a ghost. But a distant caw of a raven proved his point. Sita and Domino were coming.

"And by the way, Sango, foolish healer. You should remeber well enough how to heal the poisen of the toadstool."

((Don't kill Sango, *whimpers* or old Sita is going to have to come and beat Larka to a pulp. And you can join Jetfire's pack, if Larka wants to. He is a creepy sort of fella but, well, so is Larka. Of course I don't know if she already has a pack, she does doesn't she. Oh wait I thought I knew that. ButI guess Jetfire does not does he. Aww well, so much for this dumb post, quite useless now. But I still worked really hard on it so ignore the part about joining a pack.))
